Blondie’s Reopening Schedule

Blondie’s Reopening Schedule

As the Covid-19 virus continues to impact every day life in our world, Blondie Cleaners will begin our reopening plan beginning Monday, May 25.

Our main plant, located at Riverside Drive East and Parent Avenue, will be reopening Mon-Fri from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm beginning May 25.

Our Kingsville location will be opening on June 1.

We are currently awaiting installation of protective glass on our counters at the Dougall and Tecumseh locations.  We are hoping that this will be done by the end of May.  Please check in regularly for updates on reopening dates of these two locations.

We are continuing to process commercial work 7 days/week.  If you require assistance with any commercial work, please email info@blondiecleaners.ca and you will be contacted shortly.

As our stores begin to reopen we ask that our customers take extra precautions to help keep our employees safe.  Please take the following guidelines into consideration:

  1. If you are feeling ill, have a fever, new cough or shortness of breath, cold or flu symptoms, or general malaise please refrain from coming into our stores
  2. If you have been in contact with someone who is positive for Covid-19 in the last two weeks, please refrain from coming into our stores until two weeks of being asymptomatic from date of last contact with infected person.
  3. If you have traveled recently, please respect the two week quarantine guideline and do not come into our stores until the quarantine is over.
  4. If you have a face mask, please put it on BEFORE entering our establishments.
  5. Hand sanitizer will be made available for you and we ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering our store.
  6. If more than 1 person enters the store at the same time, we ask that you respect the 6 feet of social distancing guideline.
  7. Please pay using debit or credit.  We are trying to minimize the use of cash whenever possible.

Our employees will be taking precautions to keep you safe as well.  This will include:

  1.  Wiping door handles after each customer leaves
  2. Cleaning the debit machine after each use
  3. Cleaning the counter glass frequently
  4. Wearing their own face masks and gloves

As we begin to move forward operating under the new “normal” we ask that you show respect and patience with our staff and with each other.  The pandemic is affecting everyone, and we will do our best to minimize the impact this has on the service that we offer.

Sincerely,

The Blondie’s Team
